Mr. Syed Azlan Bukhari brings expertise in deal structuring, green financing, and infrastructure development. He has worked with leading institutions including SIMA Funds (New York), Bank Alfalah Limited, and Habib Bank Limited, focusing on project finance, debt capital markets, and infrastructure advisory. His experience spans PPP structures, renewable energy financing, and impact fund development, with notable involvement in the USD 400M D-TAFs Fund and multiple infrastructure and clean energy projects across Pakistan and Africa. Mr. Bukhari holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from IBA Karachi and is FMVA® certified.
